SHIPPING POLICY

Fine art is shipped fully insured via FedEx within 7 business days from date of order. However, delivery times will vary during peak season periods and extreme weather conditions.

 

FedEx Ground Transit Times

  • USA & Canada: FedEx Ground 5-10 business days transit time

  • International: From USA FedEx Ground 10-30 business days transit time & customs clearance

 

Fine Art Lead Time Information
Producing a fine art piece and all related items associated with it is between 3-7 business days. These articles are handmade to order which require a time to build and are in addition to the delivery times posted.

 

Packaging Type & Details
Handling conditions are always with powder & latex free, FDA compliant Nitrile gloves. Substrates go through a 48 hour dehumidification process and are contained in a humidity controlled environment before and after ink is applied then hermetically sealed for shipment.

 

Each fine art piece is hermetically sealed and securely suspended flat between two smooth, rigid wooden framed panels to help eliminate transit damage and ensure you receive your art in the same condition as it was at the maker’s studio. The certification index is contained securely on the exterior of the shipping crate behind its own protective flat panel enclosure and weather pack sealed.

 

Buyer Protection
Shipment loss or damage during transit is covered by our buyer protection policy. In the event of loss we will provide buyer an exact art piece, fully noting on the certificate of authenticity of the new art work, that the art you are receiving, is the original of the numbered edition purchased and disclosing the lost print number is no longer valid. Damaged items will be replaced in the same manner and both at our expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Way Of The Sword offers museum quality fine art and all Way Of The Sword fine art is handmade to order; signed, numbered, dated and owner’s name on the certificate of authenticity along with all other certificates of ownership documents making our fine art non-returnable for reimbursement or exchange. Each fine art piece and all articles that come with are prominently displayed which can be magnified to zoom in to all details of each piece thereby indicating exactly what you will receive and the quality of each piece as displayed on the website images. All sales are final unless any condition below constitutes otherwise.

 

Order Refunds

All sales are final unless you have encountered a defect with your delivered package which may not constitute a refund or cancellation of the order.

Returns Eligibility

  • Any and all items must be unopened, unused, contained in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.  

  • Return shipment and shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

  • Any and all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).

  • Returning to sender without first contacting customer service does not guarantee your return will be received at the correct facility and handled expeditiously.

  • Merchandise Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not permitted for any item due to the personalized handmade limited edition nature of our fine art.

  • Merchandise Returns

  • Merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days for U.S. & Canada orders and 35 days for international orders, from date of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Any and all items must be unopened and unused. 

  • Items must be in perfect condition without any obvious tampering, use or destruction of any kind. 

  • Any broken seals or unwrapped items will be considered used and opened thus, not refunded. 

  • Contact us first before you send anything back.
     

Return shipping and charges are the responsibility of the customer and at the customer’s expense

All qualified returns will be charged a service charge and restocking fee of 45% of the original order amount before an RMA number is issued. Once a returned item is en-route to us and you happen to change your mind resending the returned item back to you cannot be accommodated and you will need to purchase a new item and start the process over.

 

Transit Damage

  • Missing or damaged items during shipment will be replaced by Way Of The Sword at no charge, which may not constitute a refund or cancellation of the order only if the following conditions are met:

  • The consignee contacts customer service within 12 hours from receiving the damaged package.

  • The consignee provides clear non-pixellated decipherable photos of all six sides of the damaged shipping package BEFORE opening the shipping package. 

  • To submit a claim contact customer service with your order number.
